We host intimate dinners designed for meaningful conversation. Each event brings together a carefully curated mix of founders, creatives and operators who are open, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in connecting.
No name badges. No cold introductions. No awkward pitching. No shouting over a crowded room.

It’s not designed for students, early-stage job seekers, or anyone simply looking to collect contacts.

Once you apply, we’ll review your application and, if accepted, send you a link to the Right Room Members Portal, where you can choose the membership that suits you.

Once you become a member, the Member’s Portal is where you can explore upcoming dinners, purchase tickets and access our growing collection of networking guidance and resources.
Membership gives you access to our events, but it does not automatically guarantee a place at every dinner, as each room is created with a particular audience in mind.

Community membership gives you access to upcoming dinners, the Right Room WhatsApp community and future member resources.
VIP membership includes everything in Community membership, along with 10% off Right Room event tickets, priority seating consideration and a special VIP extra at each dinner.

Here, we share announcements and upcoming events, while giving our members the opportunity to continue conversations beyond the dinner table.

We don’t work to a rigid schedule. New dinners are announced throughout the year, with each one created around a particular industry, community or conversation.
Right Room members will be among the first to hear when a new dinner is announced.

Each evening includes arrival drinks, a seated dinner, a guest speaker moment and relaxed opportunities to meet different people around the room.
There is enough structure to help conversations flow, without making the experience feel forced or overly formal.

Every dinner is designed with a particular audience in mind. When purchasing a ticket, you’ll be asked to briefly explain why you would like to attend that particular dinner and what you hope to gain from the evening.
We review every booking to make sure the attendee is a good match for the purpose of the room.
Right Room reserves the right to cancel a booking if we feel the event is not the appropriate fit. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

We would rather create a brilliant room of carefully considered guests than fill a much larger space where valuable connections can easily get lost.

Our VIP is an optional paid membership for €39.99 per year with additional benefits.
Tickets are purchased separately, and the price of each dinner will be clearly shown in the member’s portal.

As Right Room is a seated dinner, every guest must be a member, hold their own ticket and have a confirmed place at the table. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests who have not booked in advance.
Tickets are also non-transferable. Each room and seating plan is created around the individuals who have booked, so the person named on the ticket must be the person who attends. If you can no longer make it, please contact us rather than passing your ticket to a colleague or assistant.
If there is someone you think would be a brilliant addition to the community, please encourage them to apply. Once accepted, they can access the portal and book their own place.

We carefully review every application to protect the quality and purpose of the Right Room community.
Occasionally, we may be unable to accept an application because information is missing, we cannot verify the details provided, or we don’t feel the community is the right fit for that person’s professional stage at the moment.
This is not a judgement on your ability or potential, and you are always welcome to apply again in the future as your career develops.
Membership also doesn’t guarantee a place at every dinner. Each event is created for a particular audience, so if we feel a booking isn’t the right match for that specific room, we may cancel it and issue a full refund. We would still love to welcome you to another dinner that is better suited to you.
