By applying for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending a Right Room event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Applications & Attendance
Right Room events are curated experiences. Attendance is subject to application and approval.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place at an event. Right Room reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion.
Right Room also reserves the right to refuse future attendance or applications where it considers this to be in the best interests of the community and event experience.
Tickets & Payment
Tickets may only be purchased following an invitation from Right Room.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Refunds & Transfers
Due to the curated nature of Right Room, tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to transfer your place to another guest with prior approval, subject to our curation process. Once guest packs, seating plans and personalised materials have been prepared, transfers may not be possible.
Event Changes
Right Room reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event dates, times, venues, speakers, hosts, activities or formats where necessary.
Should an event need to be cancelled by Right Room, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.
Conduct
We are committed to creating welcoming, respectful and enjoyable experiences.
Right Room reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, aggressive, discriminatory, excessively intoxicated, or otherwise detrimental to the experience of others.
No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
Photography & Content
Photography and videography may take place during events.
By attending a Right Room event, you consent to the use of photographs, video recordings and testimonials for marketing, promotional and editorial purposes.
If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or video content, please notify a member of the Right Room team before the event begins.
Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event.
Whilst every effort will be made to communicate dietary requirements to venues and catering providers, Right Room cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Liability
Right Room accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, travel costs, accommodation costs or any indirect losses arising in connection with attendance at an event.
