What to Expect…

Right Room dinners are designed to feel relaxed, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable. Each evening is intentionally small, with a carefully curated group of people and just enough structure to help conversations flow naturally.

This isn’t about networking in the traditional sense.
There are no name badges, no pitching, and no pressure to perform.

Just a table, the right people, and conversations that actually go somewhere.

  • Arrive, grab a drink, and settle in.

    You’ll be shown to your seat and have a moment to get comfortable before we begin. No pressure, just a chance to ease into the room.

  • We’ll start the evening together with a simple round of introductions.

    Just a chance to share a little about who you are and what you do, nothing formal, nothing rehearsed.

  • Once everyone’s settled, we’ll introduce the first prompt of the evening.

    This is simply there to get things flowing. You can engage as a group or let conversations naturally break off around the table.

    Each dinner revolves around three conversational prompts, all shaped by the theme of the evening.

  • As the evening continues, conversation unfolds alongside the meal.

    There’s no strict format, just a relaxed space where ideas, experiences, and perspectives can be shared naturally.

    After the main course, we’ll mix things up slightly by switching seats.

    It’s a simple way to bring fresh energy to the table and give you the chance to connect with someone new.

  • To finish, we’ll keep things light, sometimes a simple game, sometimes just letting the conversation flow.

    A chance to relax, have a bit of fun, and enjoy the last part of the evening together.
